All items are held in stock (unless specifically stated) and we aim to despatch all orders received before 2.30PM the same day by either first-class mail or Royal Mail Standard Parcel.  Orders received after this time will be posted the following day.  Although we endeavour to send all parcels within 24 hours due to variations in Royal Mail we ask you to allow 14 days for delivery.  Also please do not contact us regarding the whereabouts of your order within 4 days as we will be unable to help until a reasonable amount of time has passed to allow your order to arrive.

We also offer Royal Mail Special Delivery (24H) service Monday to Friday up to 3.30PM by arrangement - we regret we are unable to offer this service after this time.

Please note that if you select the Special Delivery service then somebody must be at the address to sign for the parcel otherwise Royal Mail will take it to the local sorting office.  However, you can arrange for another delivery or collect from them.  Please note that although a 'guaranteed' service a very small number of items do not make it within 24hours.

International orders:

These are welcomed and sent by Royal Mail International Signed-for, or courier depending upon weight.  Delivery times obviously vary from country to country, but we can try to give an estimate if you contact us - please note that this is not a guaranteed time frame promise. 

Please note that while we will happily ship anywhere it is your responsibility to make sure that the goods are legal in your country - unfortunately with so many countries to ship to we can't possibly know the law in everyone.  If it gets held at Customs due to being an illegal import then regrettably we will take no responsibility - this really is down to the customer to ensure that they can legally purchase from us.  However, that said, we have very few incidents at Customs thus far and all our products are legal to sell within the UK.

Where the order is very heavy we may contact you to charge further shipping - we will contact you as soon as we can so you can decide whether you wish to proceed with the order.
